By purchasing any service, consultation, subscription, digital product, legal drafting, filing assistance, or any other offering from LegalKonnect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
LegalKonnect strives to provide high-quality legal, consultancy, compliance, and allied professional services through its platform and associated professionals. Refunds shall be considered only in limited circumstances and strictly in accordance with this policy.
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
(a) Non-Delivery of Service
If LegalKonnect is unable to provide the purchased service due to any internal limitation, operational issue, or any other reason attributable solely to LegalKonnect, the customer shall be eligible to claim a refund for the amount paid towards such unprovided service.
(b) Clear Deficiency in Service
Refund requests may be considered where there exists a demonstrable and material deficiency in the service provided by LegalKonnect.
(c) Duplicate Payment
If a customer has accidentally made multiple payments for the same service, LegalKonnect may process a refund for the duplicate amount after verification.
Any first-time consultation charges paid by the client/customer/user on the LegalKonnect platform may, at the sole discretion of LegalKonnect, be adjusted against any subsequent product or service purchased by the customer from the platform, provided such purchase is made within the validity period prescribed by LegalKonnect.
The adjustment facility shall not be construed as a refund and shall be subject to internal approval and applicable conditions.
Refunds shall not be granted in the following situations:
LegalKonnect provides professional assistance and facilitation services only. We do not guarantee any specific legal, governmental, regulatory, financial, or administrative outcome.
Any rejection, delay, objection, or adverse order passed by any authority shall not constitute grounds for refund.
All refund requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery/completion/intimation of service.
Any refund request raised after 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase or completion of service shall automatically become invalid and shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
If a refund request is approved by LegalKonnect:
LegalKonnect reserves the absolute and sole right to approve or reject any refund request after reviewing the facts, communications, documentation, work status, and conduct of the customer.
The decision of LegalKonnect regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
LegalKonnect reserves the right to deny refunds and suspend services in cases involving abusive or threatening conduct, fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, false allegations, misuse of legal services, and attempts to obtain free services after availing professional work.
Under no circumstances shall LegalKonnect, its owners, employees, consultants, affiliates, partners, or professionals be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of use of the platform or services.
The maximum liability of LegalKonnect, in any case, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the disputed service.
LegalKonnect reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to periodically review this page for updates.
